About Us
The Corning Public Library has been serving the people of Corning and the surrounding area since 1923. Our collection includes 27,869 books, 1,360 videos and DVDs, 627 books on tape and CD. In addition we offer our customers Internet access, programs for children and adults, assistance with your information needs--and this website! Please visit us often!

The library is governed by a board of trustees, who plan for serving you, set polices that will enable us to serve you well, and manage the finances so that the money is effectively used to serve you.
The board meets the second Wednesday of each month, 4:30 p.m., at the library.
